Step 1

First draw a circle for the eyes, and a smaller circle (filled with black) for the pupil. Around this, draw a '9' not completely closed, for the chicken head.

Step 2

For the bottom part of the body of the chicken draw a curve, like a horizontal 'tilt'.

Step 3

Now draw the tail of the chicken by drawing a curve similar to a 'J' letter passing by.

Step 4

Now draw a curve for the feathers of chicken wings. Draw two inclined lines like a '11'. Draw a mine by drawing a letter 'v' across. And attract the top of the chicken, called the comb, by drawing a series of swaying lines.

Step 5

Draw a path through the mine to open and close. Draw a coat by drawing a horizontal 'J' curve. Also draw the claw on each leg of the chicken, like an 'M' or 'V' with a straight line in the middle.

Step 6

Now just add some more like feather lines, wattle (the thing under the beak). Also darken the outer lines and delete any lines you do not need.
