Start by drawing a "U" shaped line to form the base of the first flower.
Draw a long, wavy line, starting at the base of the flower. Overlap the top of the "U" shaped line and extend the curve upwards. Draw another, shorter line, which meets the first line at a point at the bottom and runs parallel to it about half its length. Draw a third line that connects to the top of the first line and surrounds the top of the flower by connecting it to the second line.
Draw a short parallel curve with the other side of the flower. Emerging from the center of the flower, enveloping a small oval. Below the flower, a pair of lines slowly converge, forming the stem.
Draw a pair of parallel lines along the first flower, forming the stem of the second flower.
Draw a "U" shaped line at the top of the stem, forming the base of the flower.
Draw a curve, starting inside the flower stem, touching the top of the "U" shaped line and ending above the flower. Start the second line, also in the flower, touch the opposite side of the letter "U" and meet the first line at a point. For each line, draw a short, curve parallel to half its length and meet it at a point inside the flower base. Connect two sharp shapes using a short line and enclose a small oval in the center of the flower.
Draw a leaf that extends from the trunk. Draw two wavy lines that meet at a point. Then, draw the veins by drawing a curve along the length of the leaf.
Draw a leaf on the other stem. Spans two curves, allowing them to meet at one point. Draw a vein down the middle of the leaf.
Draw the grass behind, beside, and between the flowers. For each blade of grass, use two long and curved lines, which meet at a sharp point at the top. Note that the types of grass differ in length and width.
Color your lilies. Many of these flowers are white or cream with a green base, as shown in our illustration.
