Start by sketching Luke's face. Use a long, curved line to outline the side of his face and chin, and a "C" shaped line to form the ears.
Outlines Luke's hair. using a series of curves of varying lengths. Notice how the lines intersect at the points to form jagged curls. Then, detail the inner ear using the "C" shaped line.
Draw Luke's collar. Use two pairs of parallel lines to outline a "Y" shape. Then draw an upward curve from the bottom of the letter "Y" to indicate the side of the body.
Stretch a long and curved line from the base of the neck to outline the arm. Use the additional curves to form a partial oval of the sleeve opening, the irregular shape of the hand, and the inside of the sleeve.
