Step 1
As I said in the description, this lesson will be quite simple. Start with the circle of the head and then add an egg-like shape to the snout. Next, draw the outline shape of the body so that the frame looks almost like a nesting Russian doll.
Step 2
Now you will draw two egg shaped eyes and color them as shown here. Next, draw a zig zag eyebrow, and then outline the actual shape of the GSD muzzle area.
Step 3
Now you'll outline the shape of the cotton face, and then the shape of the head. Once done, you can move on to the next step. The texture of the coat should have a sharp border as you can see here.
Step 4
Now you can begin to add some details about the very erect dog ears that the German Shepherd is known for. Next, draw a triangle on the forehead, and then draw the nose and mouth with the small tongue sticking out. Then you will outline the soft shapes of the shoulders that will later lead to the forelegs and feet.
Step 5
Finish lining the legs and then draw each leg as you can see here. GSD has two distinctive colors with their coats. Having said that you will need to outline marked lines on the sides of the body. Draw the hind legs and the belly line as you can see here. Erase all the principles and shapes that you drew in step one.
Step 6
Eventually your dog will appear to look like the one you see here. Color him / her and all of you are done.
