Fluttershy will be drawn with a side profile. That means all you have to do is outline her head, nose, and chin. Drawing an ear is fine.
All you have to do is draw the upper lash line for her eyes, then add some pretty lashes at the corners of her eyes. Add details to the inside of her ear and move on to step four.
All you have to do here is draw the eye, eyeball and color in the pupil. Next, add a smiley and dash the nostrils.
Okay, as you can see Fluttershy has a mane that looks like a really neat hairstyle. Draw in the front part of her curved mane, and then draw the mane at the back of her neck.

Draw the other leg, then the hind leg and then the belly.
