Start with such a face or head guide, then outline the face guides.
Step 2
Use paths to outline her face. As you can see, it will be done at an angle which means starting at the forehead, then partially sunken down for her eyes, then draw the cheek bump, chin and jawline.
Step 3
Start filling in Betty Boop's hairy spots. Small curls should style her face like that, and should also be parted. Once that task is completed, you can draw large hoop earrings.
Step 4
Now you can complete her head shape by drawing the rest of her hair. Draw another hoop in and you're done.
