Be sure to draw the guides for the head, so you can avoid drawing inaccuracies. Chest guides should be drawn large for an accurate body look. Be sure to outline the line for the tail.
Next, start drawing the first part of the facial steps. It is best to cut off the face and facial details to create the head accurately. Remove the meat from the neck and shoulders so you can start drawing the chest and arms. I suggest drawing small circles for the base of the glove.
Then draw the feet/fingers for the glove that Neko is wearing. Move to other details on the face. Once you have completed all the lists listed, work on the arms. Draw everything in the exact order you just read.
Next, move on to sketching the bangs for this hot Neko. You can draw the face according to any desired expression. To make this girl a little extra, shy/hotheaded, add some blush accents.
